The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful but I'm not a real big fan of having anything shipped in general because this was one of the few times I had no choice and had to have something shipped to me and of course I paid extra to get it sooner and it ended up not shipping when it was supposed to and not arriving when it was supposed to. In terms of the customer service within this specific building I had a good experience but driving 45 minutes to get to the building I was told it was held in only to find out that it was on a truck heading out was extremely inconvenient.

I got a call stating they couldn't deliver my package. The address was correct on the package. The lady stated the delivery guy tried 3 times. I get every other package from them. I had to rush from work before they closed to get my package. I barely made it. I think the delivery person just didn't try.
