The resident birds of Hagerstown City Park go about their daily tasks.A political action committee organized by a group of conservative U.S. Representatives and led by U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, has endorsed state Del. Neil Parrott, R-Washington, in his bid to unseat Democrat David Trone in the 6th Congressional District race.The House Freedom Fund "only supports candidates for Congress who are dedicated to open, accountable, and limited government — those who will fight to defend the Constitution and promote liberty, safety, and prosperity for all Americans," according to a news release from Parrott's campaign.
