I scheduled my “new patient appointment” over the phone, this afternoon. First off, they were booked for new patients, through July. I was very in unhappy with the attitude, I was given, by the representative on the phone...since I was trying my hardest to stay cordial...When we were done speaking, she didn’t even tell me what me what provider I was going to see, for my first appointment! I’m not looking forward to seeing them for my first appointment in July...

TERRIBLE!! EXTREMELY TERRIBLE!! You walk in to a nice office thinking they will take care of you but it’s all for show. I went there because I have major depression and general anxiety and needed help. When I arrived at 3, they put me alone in an office, door closed and I waited for 45 minutes. That’s not even an exaggeration. By the end I was spiraling (you can’t leave a depressed anxious person locked in a closet sized room like that) and opened the door to find a nurse, who was surprised to see me in the room she thought was empty. Turns out my doctor forgot about me after a meeting. She finally comes in, no apology, and says I probably needed the alone time(I then balk at her, mouth open and tell her My thoughts spiraled and it was awful, I was on the verge of tears). She didn’t care. She told me I didn’t seem anxious and answered “no” to the questions on the anxiety/depression questionnaire, even though I wanted to say “yes yes 1000x yes” to all of the questions. I just don’t “look” anxious, in her medical opinion. She was cold and cruel. She wouldn’t renew my anxiety medication. Now I’ve been off of it 2 weeks cold turkey and the withdrawals are insane. I’m in so much mental pain that could have been avoided if she simply took the time to listen to me. Oh, I didn’t mention that I called to make an appointment last November and the soonest they said they could book me was June. JUNE. Luckily (I guess? Not really in the end) they called in February and said an appt opened in March. This place is terrible.
