I had a ton of designer clothes, most with the tag still on them and some maybe worn once. I got offered $11.70 for only TWO of the items, but yet we walked in with a 30 gallon bin so full we couldn’t even get the lid on. The customer service was extremely poor and my husband and I waited over 2 hrs. Then when we arrived back the girl didn’t even acknowledge us she was too busy flirting with some of the male customers. Absolute waste of time and the clothes they were trying to sell were faded and old/used looking. I will never waste my time there again.

I went in just to browse because I had never been into Plato's closet. I won't go back. The clothing is way too expensive for a used consignment store. They wanted $18 for a used pair of athletic pants. I would rather go to Goodwill and spend $18 on 5 or 6 pairs of pants rather than one pair.
