New Heights Industrial Park in in Hagerstown, Md., secured two new tenants at the 900,000-square-foot property owned by Bluestone Group and The Langer Company. Tomu — a prefabricated modular building systems startup — inked a lease for 15,000 square feet of industrial space, while Pycube — a Sterling, Va.-based company that provides asset management and asset tracking for the health care sector — agreed to occupy 43,750 square feet at the property. Joel Kreider and Ed Skonecki of Lee & Associates brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord.
