March 3, 2023 (HAGERSTOWN, MD) – Maryland State Police arrested a man Wednesday afternoon after uncovering suspected heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine following a traffic stop in Washington County. The accused is identified as Orlando Rogers Jr., 38, of Baltimore, Maryland. Rogers is charged with felony drug distribution, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl/heroin, mix, and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, resisting arrest and other related criminal charges.
